Questions, answered.

Everything about data, billing, security and how QueryDeck fits into your workflow.

Getting started

What is QueryDeck?

A working record of your Search Console history with ranked, evidence-backed opportunities. It tells you what changed, why it probably changed, and what's worth doing next.

How long does setup take?

About two minutes per property: sign in with Google, choose properties, and QueryDeck imports the last 16 months automatically.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 14 days on Growth, no card required. See pricing.

Data & history

Can QueryDeck recover old Search Console data?

No. We import what Google makes available (up to 16 months) when you connect, then preserve it going forward. We can't recreate data Google has already dropped.

How often is data synced?

Daily on Starter, every 6 hours on Growth and hourly on Agency. You can trigger a manual sync from the sync page.

Does it guarantee traffic or rankings?

No. QueryDeck provides evidence and decision support. People remain responsible for reviewing and approving every action.

Billing

What counts as a property?

One verified Search Console property, either a domain or a URL prefix.

How do I upgrade or cancel?

From update subscription. Upgrades are immediate and prorated; downgrades and cancellations apply at renewal.

Do you offer refunds?

Yearly plans can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.

Security

Who can see my data?

Only members of your organisation with access to that property. Agency workspaces isolate each client.

Do you train AI on my data?

No. Ask QueryDeck answers from your data at question time; nothing is used to train shared models.

Integrations

Which sources are supported?

Google Search Console and GA4 today, with Bing Webmaster Tools, Slack and Looker Studio in beta. See integrations.

Is there an API?

Yes: a REST API, a TypeScript/Python SDK and an MCP server for AI agents. See developers.
