Overview
We collect the minimum needed to run QueryDeck, we never sell personal data, and we never use your Search Console data to train models that serve other customers.

How we use it
- To provide and secure the service, including syncing and analysing connected data.
- To bill you and send service messages.
- To improve the product using aggregated, de-identified usage data.
- To send product updates if you opt in. Unsubscribe any time.
Google user data
We request read-only scopes. Tokens are encrypted at rest, and you can revoke access at any time from Integrations or your Google account.
Sharing
We share data only with sub-processors that help us run the service (hosting, email, payments, error monitoring), under contracts that require equivalent protection. A current list is available on request.
Retention
Connected data is kept while your subscription is active and for 60 days after cancellation so you can export it. Billing records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes.
Security
Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256), per-organisation data isolation, SSO on Agency plans, and an audit log of administrative actions.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Email [email protected] and we respond within 30 days.
