1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and QueryDeck Ltd. (“QueryDeck”, “we”). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use QueryDeck on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts and organisations
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Organisation owners control membership, roles and connected properties, and may remove members at any time.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- One person per login; shared credentials are not permitted.
- Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Your data and connected services
When you connect Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 or other sources, you authorise QueryDeck to read data from those services on your behalf. You confirm you have permission to access each property you connect.
You retain all rights to your data. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it solely to provide the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- connect properties you are not authorised to access;
- reverse engineer, scrape or overload the service or API beyond published limits;
- use QueryDeck to build a competing dataset or resell raw data;
- upload malicious code or attempt to bypass security controls.
5. Plans, billing and changes
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal. Promotional prices apply only for the stated period, after which the standard rate applies.
Fees are exclusive of taxes. If a payment fails we will retry and notify you; after 14 days the workspace may become read-only.
6. No ranking or traffic guarantees
QueryDeck surfaces evidence and suggested priorities. Search engines change independently and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving every action you take.
7. Cancellation and termination
You may cancel at any time from billing settings. Your workspace remains active until the end of the paid period. You can export history for 60 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms, with notice where reasonable.
8. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue or rankings.
